Terms and Conditions German language holidays, intensive business German courses

Participants have to be 18 or over on arrival day. Exceptions are in some cases possible. Please ask for our terms and conditions for minors.

A deposit of 50% of the total price must be paid when booking.

The balance is due one week before the beginning of the course.

Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the beginning of the course:
25% of the total course fee is payable.

Cancellation 1-4 weeks before the beginning of the course:
50% of the total course fee is payable.

Cancellations within the week before the beginning of the course:
75% of the total course fee is payable.

Cancellations on or after day 1 of the arranged course:
The full course fee is payable and no refunds can be made.

We strongly recommend a travel insurance including cancellation, health and liability insurance.

The terms and conditions for students, who live in Freiburg, are different and we will explain them to you at your free consultation and trial lesson.

The court of Jurisdiction is Freiburg im Breisgau.
